• Website refers to oyencov.com, its subdomains, and all the contents, services provided through them. It is currently not available, and under active development.

What data do we collect

A non-exhaustive list:

1. Your GitHub ID & username, name, email.
2. Your organization's name.
3. Telemetry data coming from your applications, including:
   • Names of classes & methods in your codebase
   • Frequencies of execution
   • Their test coverages

What we are not collecting nor have access to, including but not limited to:

1. Your source code.

Where are the data stored

The service is hosted with Digital Ocean, in their San Francisco region.

How the data are used

1. To generate report that includes:
   • OyenCov's proprietary usage-weighted test coverage score
   • Methods that require attention
2. During Public Preview phase, for us to rapidly improve our product and score formulae & algorithms.

Your data are not sold to other parties, we are not in any data brokering businesses.

How we secure your data

A non-exhaustive list of measures we take to safeguard your data:

1. Encrypting all digital communications, i.e. TLS over HTTPS, application-database connections, etc.
2. Restrictive allowlisting of IP addresses into our databases.
3. Regularly updating our own codebase supply chains & dependencies, monitoring for CVE using tools like Dependabot.
4. Requiring 2FA for all the services used by our employees.

We want to stay in business. It's in our absolute best interest to safeguard your data.

However despite our best intentions and efforts, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Subprocessors

We are not using any subprocessors for your data at this time.

Analytics

We currently use only Cloudflare Web Analytics to improve our product and marketing efforts.
